序言:

這本《DSM-5®臨床個案實戰手冊》融合了超過100名作者的貢獻,其中大部份為精神科醫師,也包含來自心理學、社會工作、護理及社會學的專家。幾乎沒有人拒絕共同撰寫這本書的邀約,而且還有許多我感謝不完的幕後貢獻者(包含幾位我的學生),他們的表現真的很出色。本書部分的作者也參與了DSM-5®的制定,但大部份作者並沒有參與制定,而有些作者發表過一些質疑DSM-5®早期草稿的文章。所有的作者都遵守文章長度和主題限制的要求,而且在DSM-5®正文完成前,他們的文章初稿就已出爐。雖然他們的行程滿檔,但還是非常專業地回覆如潮水般湧來的編輯電子郵件、提醒和疑問,常常提供令人激賞的想法和批評。他們的機靈、專業及努力,建構了本書的骨幹。
